Sponsorship Opportunities:

Metropolitan BPW could be described as a "target-rich environment" for companies who wish to reach women business owners, consumers and decision-makers. Our organization offers several sponsorship opportunities exclusively to its members to promote their businesses and activities. Copies of the complete sponsorship policies are available from the committees listed below.

Luncheon Spotlight ~ $75 per month

Benefits:

The MBPW Luncheon Spotlight sponsorship is an excellent way to show your support of our organization and to promote your business to the MBPW members and guests.

Luncheon Spotlight sponsors receive the following recognition:

• Acknowledgement of meeting sponsorship on MBPW web site
• Acknowledgment of meeting sponsorship in registration reminder emails sent to the membership.
• Opportunity to place company literature at each place setting and/or on luncheon tables.
• Recognition at meeting as the Spotlight Sponsor and opportunity to give a two-minute introduction to the membership prior to the guest speaker program.

Luncheon Spotlight Sponsorships are available for $75 per meeting and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that we will only allow one meeting sponsorship per fiscal year per member.

Newsletter ~ $300 per 6-month period

Benefits:

• Only available to four individuals or companies on a six-month basis
• Receive a one-half page space to submit an article, advertisement or combination

Web site

. Block Ads:

The individual or company who sponsors the Web site at this level of sponsorship will receive a basic ad block measuring 125 x 125 pixels, to be submitted Web-ready to the designer (designer is not responsible for creating block ads). The space may contain a short (50 words or less) description, tag line or call to action and a logo, which will be built as a link to the corresponding Web site. Block ads will not be placed on the home page of the Web site; they will be scattered throughout the lower level pages at the designer's discretion. No more than 4 block ads will be allowed per page. The cost of block ads is $60 per month.

. Exclusive Sponsorship:

The individual or company who sponsors the Web site at this level will receive EXCLUSIVE sponsorship of the Metropolitan BPW Web site for six consecutive months. Sponsorship will include a basic ad block which will include language to indicate the exclusivity of the sponsorship (ex. "exclusive sponsor of mbpw.org," etc.). The block ad will measure 125 x 125 pixels. The space may contain a short (50 words or less) description, tag line or call to action and a logo, which will be built as a link to the corresponding Web site. The block ad will not be placed on the home page of the Web site; it will be scattered throughout the lower level pages at the designer's discretion. The block ad will be submitted Web-ready to the designer. The cost of an exclusive Web site sponsorship is $300 per six months.
